Marking one year since Ian Sollom was elected as a Member of Parliament

In the run up to his first anniversary as MP for St Neots and Mid Cambridgeshire, Ian Sollom has been reflecting on the year including some of the people he has met and supported, moments he is proud of, as well as recognising there is still much to do in his role. Over the week, there will be a series of articles published here, as well as posts and videos on social media, detailing some of that work.
Ian said:
“It has been a very busy year since being elected. I’m incredibly proud to represent St Neots and Mid Cambridgeshire and all those living here.
“I know from the emails and letters I receive each week that many people are struggling with health and disability issues, education concerns, financial worries and caring responsibilities. I entered politics to make a positive difference to people’s lives, and I will do my best to continue working for, and representing, local people over the next 12 months.
“I hold regular in-person and online surgeries, and I would encourage anyone needing support to please contact me.”
